UK SHIPPING

We ship all our products to UK addresses for a flat rate of £3 and if you spend over £70, UK shipping is free. We aim to ship within 48 hours of you placing your order (excluding weekends). Parcels are sent via Royal Mail and usually arrive within 2/3 days of dispatch but please allow 5 working days from receiving your dispatched email for the postman to bring your goodies!

We ship to the customer address supplied when the order is placed. We retain proof of postage for all parcels and cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post unless sent via a trackable service. If an item is sent via Royal Mail standard and is not delivered, the customer will need to make a claim to Royal Mail for the lost parcel.

We offer Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for £3.75 which is fully insured.

International SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping and only ship to the UK.

returns & exchanges

Cut fabrics are non-returnable. We aim to ensure we provide full and accurate descriptions and photographs of all our products, however colours may vary on different monitors.

In the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged, please contact us on beckyssewingstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt to arrange a return and refund or exchange. Any kits/gifts being returned need to be unopened and in their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
